Program overview responsibilities
- During your journey to become an Operational Excellence Expert and Junior Project Manager at Dassault Systèmes EURONORTH, you’ll be part of a bright, inclusive, supportive team, working directly with internal and external customers providing fundamental support to our business processes.
- Learn how a Services business works by gaining inside into all business workflows from Pipeline management to Delivery.
- Contribute to the heart of our processes – the Resource Planning - in order to ensure we have the right number of resources with the right skills available at the right time by aligning Employee's career aspiration to Organizational goals.
- Become PMO trusted advisor for our customer projects and act as ‘the conscience’ of all project management financials, and provide guidance and best practices to the project manager to ensure that our commercials run accurately, effectively and on time.
- Support Industry Services management in their decision making by providing analytics on data, especially for Revenue and Margin reporting and monitoring.
Qualifications
- We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated candidates with a recent degree (preferably Business or Accounting ideally with technical background) who can assimilate information quickly, with the ability to take on specific tasks with focus and motivation, while working in a dynamic team environment and providing a high level of communication to key stakeholders.
- You enjoy Business and Finance and you have an interest to learn how processes flow through a large organization; with your pragmatic ‘hands on’ attitude you ensure these processes are followed at each step diligently.
- You’re an articulate people-person: You’ll be interacting with a wide variety of individuals: some deeply techy, some from complex business domains. You’ll need to be comfortable understanding their needs and to discuss the impact on our finances and processes at the right level of detail.
- A positive, can-do team player: You love pushing the team to greater heights by helping colleagues out wherever you can. You always look to improve yourself and others. Your default answer to a question is ‘yes’, and you make big problems seem small.
