As a Pre Sales Solutions Architect Intern, you will join us for a great opportunity to learn how to collaborate and work with remote cross functional teams across the globe to achieve goals and provide outcomes. You will develop and enhance a wide range of skills (Process Engineering, Project Management, Influencing without Authority, Business Intelligence & Analytics) as well as getting to learn more about IT Services and how they can help our customers transform.

This Intern opportunity is within our Global Solutioning group that sits within the DT Services Organisation focussing on the creation and governance of custom support, deployment and consulting services offers (Statements of Work). More specifically, the Intern position will be within a team that is aligned to serving ~120 of our most Strategic Customers.

You will

  • Work within a team developing Best Practice guides for supporting Complex Solutions.
  • Work on activities / projects that will drive continuous improvement.
  • Use Business Intelligence Reporting to drive actionable insights.
  • Develop knowledge on breadth of Dell Technologies Services offerings.
  • Prepare, maintain and submit clear and concise activity/progress and time reports in accordance with published procedure and tools.
