The Deutsche Bank TDI Apprenticeship Programme

Division specifics about the apprentice role

Our technology teams deliver and manage engineering solutions to support the bank’s global customers. You will develop and deliver solutions to help modernise technology solutions, to reduce complexity and risk, and to drive business growth. You will be part of a creative, collaborative and innovative team, partnering with others, sharing solutions and you will have a strong desire to make an impact. What we look for

We recruit school leavers who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills. We hire apprentices who are inquisitive and want to understand how and why things work, and then improve them, in the process developing their capability and careers at DB. We have very comprehensive training programmes that will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us. You should not only be passionate about the world of finance, but also show a keen interest in your chosen field. You already have a record of academic achievement and you’re eager to go on learning at the same intensive rate. You’ll thrive on working in a highly collaborative and diverse culture with some of the best minds in banking.

To join the programme you must meet government requirements for funding, you must hold a British or EU passport along with the relevant immigration documents such as work visa’s and bio metric resident permit etc. Candidates must have been living in the EU for the past 3 years. You will be expected to have achieved the following by the start of the programme: GCSE in Maths and English at grades A*-C (4-9) or equivalent, 104 UCAS points from your A-Levels or equivalent qualifications, one of these must be a STEM subject and UCAS points cannot include general studies.
