    15-month training programme leading to a first professional position as a Credit Officer.

    Start date: September 2023. Earlier start may be possible.

    Tasks / Responsibilities

    • Completing the training programme including training in real estate market and financing, learning about other business functions, visit to Head Office /another office.
    • Progress with optional professional qualification, e.g., CFA and / or training in German language.
    • Developing expertise in the Bank’s Credit Risk Policy, processes and procedures.
    • Managing existing lending facilities within the framework of the Credit Risk Policy, processes and procedures.
    • Ongoing risk monitoring and risk management.
    • Management of credit decisions during the term of a loan including increases, borrower limits and breaches, extensions and repayments.
    • Conducting Annual Reviews to assess the counterparty risks, compliance to contract, default risk, current property value and risk.
    • Contribute to Bank projects improve the credit risk management experience.
    • Developing self to become expert in real estate, financing and credit risk, and the Bank’s policies, processes and procedures.

    Requirements

    • 2:1 degree or master’s.
    • High numerical, Excel competent, data driven and analytical and data driven, problem-solver.
    • A good collaborator, learner and committed to developing your professional expertise.
