15-month training programme leading to a first professional position as a Credit Officer.
Start date: September 2023. Earlier start may be possible.
Tasks / Responsibilities
- Completing the training programme including training in real estate market and financing, learning about other business functions, visit to Head Office /another office.
- Progress with optional professional qualification, e.g., CFA and / or training in German language.
- Developing expertise in the Bank’s Credit Risk Policy, processes and procedures.
- Managing existing lending facilities within the framework of the Credit Risk Policy, processes and procedures.
- Ongoing risk monitoring and risk management.
- Management of credit decisions during the term of a loan including increases, borrower limits and breaches, extensions and repayments.
- Conducting Annual Reviews to assess the counterparty risks, compliance to contract, default risk, current property value and risk.
- Contribute to Bank projects improve the credit risk management experience.
- Developing self to become expert in real estate, financing and credit risk, and the Bank’s policies, processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 2:1 degree or master’s.
- High numerical, Excel competent, data driven and analytical and data driven, problem-solver.
- A good collaborator, learner and committed to developing your professional expertise.
