About the role
In this role, you will be helping shape the future of Dyson by supporting the development of processes that enable the company to deliver its portfolio of exciting new projects.
Working directly for the Dyson Delivery & Integration Office (DDIO) Governance and Process Manager, you will:
- Assist in the management and roll-out of process maps, guides and documentation
- Contribute to the assurance of process adherence across all projects
- Support the identification of process specific project/people training needs
- Support the identification of systems and tools to facilitate process requirements and adherence
Working alongside your team, engineers, scientists and technical experts across a broad range of disciplines, you’ll be comfortable learning from others but also sharing your own knowledge, ideas and opinions.
For the duration of your internship, you will have regular performance conversations as well as opportunities for development to enable you to build your reputation within the wider team and we’ll be looking to offer our high performing interns the opportunity to return on our graduate programme.

About you
You will be contributing to the delivery of the next generation of Dyson technology, so you will need to be:
- Studying towards a degree in: Business and/or International Management, Engineering with modules in Project Management, or similar.
- Be an undergraduate seeking a 12-month placement in your penultimate year of your undergraduate or combined masters degree programme (exceptions allowed for 5 year programmes with a placement in the third year).
- Effective at planning, monitoring and reviewing

- Able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Interested in seeing a project through from start to finish and enjoy taking responsibility
