Responsibilities

As a Project Analyst or Technical Analyst with ea Change, you will be immersed in a dynamic Business Change environment, working in close collaboration with senior members of the team on various client projects. You will have the chance to learn new skills and contribute to nationwide IT and Change projects. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, Business Analyst or Data Analyst, you will gain consultancy experience and exposure to large clients, setting a robust foundation for your career.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent)
  • Enthusiasm to work in Change and IT
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail
