As the People Solutions – Colleague Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making our HR systems and processes simple, clear, and user-friendly—especially within Workday.
You’ll lead the creation and upkeep of colleague-facing content such as help text, knowledge articles, and system announcements, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and easy to understand.
Sitting at the crossroads of systems, change, and communications, you’ll work closely with process owners, HR experts, IT, and internal comms to identify pain points and make continuous improvements that help colleagues self-serve with confidence.
You’ll bring a user-focused lens to everything you do, making sure the experience is intuitive and aligned with our policies and legal requirements across Europe.
In the early months, a big part of your focus will be supporting Project Nexus, helping shape the future colleague experience with clarity and impact at the heart of every message and process.
