Eaton’s Early Talent Finance Leadership Development Program is a two-year program designed to expose you to a variety of enriching and diverse learning experiences. These experiences will provide you the building blocks necessary to launch you onto an exciting and engaging leadership career in the finance function. Participants will complete four six-month-long assignments in two different countries across our business sectors.

The assignments take place in the following areas: internal audit; treasury; group compliance or technical reporting and analysis; manufacturing accounting & controlling in a plant with a strong focus on cost accounting; financial accounting in a business group or division headquarters

  • Networking with senior leadership as part of the yearly leadership conference

Qualifications

Candidate profile required 

  • Currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business with a major in accounting or finance with graduation no later than August 2022
  • Work or internship experience in a relevant finance related field min 1 year-max 2 years
  • Desire to build a leadership career in Finance
  • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community
  • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region for the duration of the program
