Eaton’s Early Talent Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to expose you to a variety of enriching, diverse and cross functional learning experiences. Two assignments are in operations in the following areas: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics. One assignment is in a commercial role: technical support, product management, inside sales or similar. These experiences will provide you the building blocks necessary to launch you onto an exciting and engaging operations leadership career at Eaton. Participants will complete three one-year assignments two different countries across our business sectors in EMEA region.

Program structure

  • 3 years, 3 different assignments
  • 2 roles in operations (starting in a Continuous Improvement CI and Operations Excellence OPEX) + 1 role in commercial area
  • 2 different countries (start in Worksop manufacturing plant, UK)
  • Challenging job roles each year and ongoing leadership trainings
  • Networking with senior leadership as part of the yearly leadership conference
  • Program start in September

Qualifications

Candidate profile

  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in in engineering with a major in electrical, mechanical, industrial, industrial & systems, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering, sciences or manufacturing with a graduation date no later than August 2022
  • Fluent English
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (minimum 1 years and max 3 years of experience)
  • Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company
  • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
  • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program
