About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for two current undergraduate or postgraduate students to gain work experience within the Library and Learning Services Team.

You will be creating learning resources and assets for academics to use in the VLE (Blackboard Ultra) and produce course consistency through folder and banner images within VLE and provide training materials and development resources for academic staff.

Through this you will enhance your digital and employability skills and you will continue to the development of student and staff digital experience at Edge Hill University.

About you

As Student Intern in Learning Technology Development you will have

  • Strong IT proficiency skills including word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
  • Able to understand instructions and maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Able to use own initiative and work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic attitude

To be eligible for the internship you must

  • Be a current undergraduate continuing your studies in 2024/25.
  • Be available for the full duration.
  • Be able to fully commit to 35 per week.
