IMG Productions, Euroleague Basketball department has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience and an interest in media management. Reporting to the Producers and Senior Producer, the successful candidate will work within our Media Management Team to help oversee all EuroLeague and EuroCup Basketball media workflows ensuring that media is ingested, archived, and distributed accurately and on time. This role will also involve working alongside the Production team to help research, source, download, and organise clips for live games, features, promos, and other edits.

Are you the ideal candidate?

Our ideal team member would be someone with prior experience working as a media coordinator in a demanding TV production, has a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, a strong understanding of different file types, as well as good attention to detail, proven organisational skills and good editorial judgement. This role would be suitable for a self-motivated and driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Knowledge of basketball and the ability to self-edit is not required but would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Assist the live production team in the production of Euroleague World Feeds
  • Provide research and develop for running order items
  • Source and compile footage to edit running order items
  • Document scripts and cue sheet materials for distribution
  • Log Euroleague basketball matches on IPD
  • Assist in production of highlights show researching features sourcing archive and preparing edit materials
  • Book travel and hotels for Live Producers
  • Raise purchase orders and reconcile invoices
  • Prepare call sheets
  • Booking and checking camera kits
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience within the media industry (preferably in TV and/or online production)
  • Understanding of logging rushes and selecting material for edits
  • Understanding running orders and elements required for delivery
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Computer literate

Working Conditions

  • This is a fixed term contract until June 2023
  • Typically working Monday-Friday, Average 40 hours per week
  • The role is based at IMG Studios, Uxbridge
  • You will be required to work flexible hours and possible weekend and bank holidays
  • You also may be required to travel abroad
