Endeavor is seeking a highly organised Recruiting Assistant to provide general assistance to the SVP of Recruiting as well as provide recruiting administration support to the wider EMEA recruiting team. 

Job Description 

Reporting to the SVP of Recruiting the Recruiting Assistant will be responsible for the following: 

Support SVP, Recruiting

  • Day to day support with general diary, expenses and travel booking
  • Assist in compiling global weekly hiring reporting requests and other ad hoc reports as appropriate

Recruiting Team Administration

To provide full recruitment lifecycle administration support to the team and hiring managers including, (but not limited to):

  • Creation of requisitions on the HCM system
  • Posting job adverts on internal and external job boards (including but not limited to; Workday, LinkedIn, Frieze, Grapevine Jobs, Broadcast Jobs, Grapevine, BCOMS)
  • Scheduling interviews for candidates and line managers via outlook and teams
  • Sending out appropriate supporting communications to candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Meeting and greeting candidates at the Chiswick Park Reception and settling them in the interview meeting room as well as providing refreshments
  • Booking meetings and interview rooms as well as preparing the room in advance of the meeting taking place
  • Liaising with the accounts department to set up vendors and processing invoices via the accounts system ESKER.
  • Processing expenses for the team when required
  • Maintenance of the Global Recruiting Tracker to include, preparing and updating reports for submission to HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders when required
  • Provide administration support, when required, to the Director, Recruiting Operations.

Applicants must have

  • Previous experience of working in a HR or a recruitment function providing recruitment administration support
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and successfully delivering to tight deadlines
  • Proven customer-facing experience
  • Experience managing multiple diaries, at times in different international time zones
  • Proven recruitment database management and record keeping experience

The successful candidate will have meticulous attention to detail as well as excellent administration skills. The ability to react with the appropriate levels of urgency in a fast-paced working environment is key. The successful candidate will be competent in using Microsoft Packages specifically, Excel and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions 

  • This is a full-time permanent position and will be based at Chiswick Business Park in London
  • Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
