The role
This role will see you assiting the team that guides and supports our aiport and train station locations across Europe. It will require the successful candidate to have good numeracy skills, reporting analysis and be able to handle data and technology comfortably. As such we need people who are proven problem solvers, organised, but then more importantly have an ability to communicate that message to multiple levels of management across our company.
Given the European remit of this role it would be desireable for you to posess French, Spanish or German language skills but it is not essential.
This opportunity is based at Enterprise Mobility European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyse and compile reports and data.
- Assist with event and meeting planning.
- Assist Team with Power Point and spreadsheet updates.
- Produce standard weekly and monthly reports for the Airport and Train station Team.
- Develop strong working knowledge of all internal systems.
- Assist Team with travel schedule and Group visit reports
- Support with Vendor invoicing and communications
- Liase with other internal departments to developsupporting materials
- Competitor research and analysis, and opportunity and risk identification
Qualifications
- Must be a current university student looking to undertake a placement year (any discipline)
- A fast learner with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Problem solver
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in written work
- Excellent team player who can work well within a team as well as on own initiative
- Proactive with the ability to multitask
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong relationship building qualities and innovative mindset
- Competent user of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
