    The role

    We are very excited to announce an Internship in our European Marketing Communications department based at our European Headquarters in Egham, Surrey.

    The role will encompass a scope to learn, understand and work with various channel leads in the team. You will be focusing on data and analytics and helping the channel leads make better decisions with the help of dashboarding and data visualization.

    This opportunity will enable you to work alongside the marketing department, providing dedicated support to the various line of businesses like B2B, B2C, Sponsorships, Brand Marketing, and work with global teams. The role will also offer scope to work alongside the agency partners on projects like – campaign measurement and optimization. You will work on some exciting ad hoc projects as the year progresses and will have the unique chance to understand more about digital marketing from a hands-on perspective in the European headquarters of a global, world leading business.

    Responsibilities

    • Working closely across the Media & Sponsorships team to support implementation of marketing projects
    • Support the development and implementation of brand media plans across European markets.
    • Work with our media partners to collate campaign results and tracking
    • Research, track and evaluate competitor marketing and digital activity
    • Work with various team to compile and share best practice amongst our marketing community
    • Assist the team at events throughout the year that support the marketing activation calendar
    • Coordinate the flow of creative briefs between the marketing and creative team to ensure projects meet deadlines and are prioritized effectively
    • Manage the update, and where required translation process, to marketing specific web pages
    • Work within our internal MarCom teams to support with creation, delivery, editing, and optimising of marketing materials such as events, trade shows, media, sales collateral, print ads, e-mail, point-of-purchase, giveaways and promotions
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and special marketing projects as assigned
    • Aid with the management and organisation of all internal documents on the server.

    Qualifications

    • Undertaking a marketing or communications related degree subject
    • Keen interest in social media and sponsorship marketing
    • Well organised and an eye for detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Motivated to learn and get the maximum form a wide and varied marketing role
    • The ability to work independently and achieve results
    • Able to multitask and manage time effectively
