The Estée Lauder Companies is currently recruiting for a Packaging Intern within the Jo Malone London Brand Packaging Team on a 13-month placement opportunity to join an experienced and committed team.

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is one of the world's leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. This role will be a hybrid-based position with a combination of time working from home and in the office. Where office-based working is required, this will be situated at 13 Manchester Square, London.

The role

This role includes playing a part within the packaging team assisting in providing project feasibility across function, manufacturability, component cost, tooling estimates, timetable, risks, and global consistency. You’ll also be tasked with developing preliminary outlines, initiating and evaluating package test results. As well as requesting preliminary costs, and compare to feasibility, and entering specifications and distributing to relevant teams.

As well as the successful candidate will have the responsibility of supporting the team in initiating artwork requests and proofreading final art. Whilst also submitting packages to Package Testing with the required samples and technical information.

About you

  • Studying an Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or related subject and be on track to achieving a 2:1 standard or higher. (A Packaging-related, Design engineering degree is preferred).
