Job Description

Being a ‘Sales Associate’ is a dynamic and exciting role within the Go To Market (GTM)  sales community at Experian.

Experian’s ‘Go-To-Market’ team, includes approximately 500 high performing, sales people and consultants – essentially, the part of Experian that looks after our business customers and also develops new business, both from existing customers and from winning new clients.

The Graduate Sales Associate role will sit within our Mid-Market team – a dynamic and high performing team within GTM, servicing approx. 1000 existing clients and responsible for driving new client wins, across all sectors and types of business. We have seen sustained growth for many years and are growing revenues by more than 10% again this year.

As a Graduate Sales Associate, you will join our Mid-Market Sales Academy, where over the two-year programme, you will rotate into different teams, allowing you to gain exposure into New Business generation, through Research, Telemarketing, Business Development and Field Sales. Speaking to clients and prospects will be at the core of your responsibilities and will be a fundamental aspect of your role.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in any subject field, tied with a passion for sales, customers and people.

You will have excellent communication skills and be a dynamic, personable individual who is driven and can work well as a team player to make us even stronger.

No previous sales experience is necessary, but you will show desire and determination to learn and advance your sales skills set.
