What will you be doing?
Across the day you’ll hear from senior women within our technology practice, see how we advise our clients on technology, network with current graduates within our tech division and meet with members of the Women in Technology network all while learning about our approach to Diversity and Inclusion. You’ll do all of this by getting involved in our panel sessions, workshops, events and discussions. As well as learning about the stories of our successful women, you’ll pick up great advice to help you design your own career, you’ll gain an insight into our application process and you’ll see what’s available to you in the future.

Entry requirements
You will need to be in your first year of a three-year course at university, or your second year of a four-year course. We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an Honours degree in a STEM subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
About the Bright Network Fast Track
This process is for Bright Network members and allows you to miss the online portal stage (Learning for a changing world) when you're recommended to EY by Bright Network. This will shorten the time it takes to complete the full application process by approximately an hour and a half.
