The ecommerce integration team is part of a wider omni-channel solutions team supporting our customers integrating to Worldpay’s payment solutions.

What you will be doing

You will provide expert technical advice and support to Gateway E-commerce customers and prospects. Advice provided will include in-depth integration instructions for the Gateways and advice as to the best methods of integration to meet the customer’s requirements, all aspects of customisation available on the platforms, advice on shopping carts and how they can be used and integrated with Worldpay.

  • Provide expert advice and support to our Customers and Prospects for their eCommerce channel.
  • Provide pre-sales support to internal teams
  • Become an expert in our gateway products and how they integrate to other systems
  • Understand the regulatory controls and audit requirements needed to comply with Worldpay, FCA, PCI and legal policies and standards.
  • Administer account amendments and advice on the best solutions to meet customer requirements.

What you bring

  • You will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills, attention to detail and telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Capable of adapting to new processes and use new products whilst applying analytical and problem-solving skills enabling our customers to have the best experience possible.
  • Knowledge of at least 1 programming/scripting language. e.g. PHP, .Net, Ruby, Java, Python, JavaScript
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player but able to manage personal work stack
