We are offering an exciting opportunity to join FIS for 10 weeks in our London office during this summer! You will be part of our FIS University – Summer Internship Program, where you will gain real work experience and participate in team projects, social events, and professional development seminars!

About the hiring team

The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is a cross-functional group of professionals who work together to launch new FIS products and services in the market.
We are a diverse team that works with sales, marketing, and product teams around the world, creating strategies and programs to deliver the highest possible results.
We create successful systems to educate the equip our sales teams with the information, deliverables, and prospects to effectively maximize the impact of each FIS product for our clients.

What you will be doing

In this role you will be conducting research, analysing, and documenting requirements, and working with colleagues and clients to deliver market research and competitive intelligence insights.

  • Work directly with the Capital Market’s product and sales organizations completing projects and tasks that impacts product road mapping and sales results
  • Research and make recommendations of FIS product positioning and competitors’ product benchmarking
  • Analysis of FinTech trends disrupting financial services and how FIS and its clients can benefit
  • Research FinTech Mergers & Acquisitions activity / peer deal wins
  • Participate in the client global reference program to assist in case studies; social media campaigns; and whitepapers
  • Participate in strategy-led and product-led meetings and contribute to current product organization initiatives
  • Develop a final presentation with insights and feedback based on your experience and project work throughout the summer
  • Build your professional network to support future success

Who we are looking for

  • You are in your penultimate year of an undergraduate degree, or in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one-year postgraduate place confirmed
  • You demonstrate an eagerness to learn new things!
  • Strong Analytical skills and good at problem solving
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening and rapport building skills
  • Confident, with a proactive mindset, and willingness to ask questions and put forward ideas
  • You are organised, with good time management skills and an ability to multi-task
  • You have a genuine interest in the fast-evolving Fintech industry!
