Our Behavioural Psychology Unit is providing leading edge consultancy around individuals and groups and how they behave.

Our project work involves understanding how humans interact with systems and within organisations. We apply research methods to predict and influence human and team behaviour. We build long-term relationships with our customer and provide consistent assistance with their problems as they evolve over time. Often consultants from the BPU work with other technical areas within the company and combine technical/theoretical knowledge, strong communication and management skills to ensure our work has an impact.

What you’ll be doing at Frazer-Nash?

Working within a consultancy environment offers the chance to experience a wide variety of diverse projects across a range of industry sectors; you'll be given the opportunity to develop yourself at each step of the project lifecycle, finding the missing piece of the design puzzle to managing project delivery, winning work and having the opportunity to work directly with clients.

What you’ll need?

We are interested in hearing from excellent candidates who want to work in data science and systems. As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, a Master’s degree. You may have relevant experience from University courses that are similar to any on the following list:

  • Psychology
  • Sociology
  • Social Anthropology
  • Social Sciences
  • Behavioural Science
