We are looking for a Graduate Advertising Sales Executive to join the UK Commercial Advertising Team.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will have a proactive, highly motivated, can-do attitude, and be a real go-getter. You will want a fast-track career and are prepared to go the extra mile in order to grow your career. We need you to have a strong attention to detail. You will need to be able to take instruction for a task and deliver it on time. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, think creatively to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced media environment. As the role is primarily client-facing, resilience and adaptability are requirements for the position.

A Typical Day-to-day

  • Carrying out client meetings - these can vary from pitching potential business to responding to campaign briefs.
  • Formulating proposals for clients, discussing customers' needs and how our brands and products can help them reach their goals.
  • Proactively reaching out to clients both new and existing.
  • Liaising with clients at the end of their campaign to make relevant suggestions for Future campaign opportunities.
  • Maintain and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or training.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients and Future.
  • Resolving key client issues, complaints and objections.
  • Identify client needs to provide customer relationship management.
  • Expand existing relationships and generate new sales leads through prospecting.
  • Maximise profit by up-selling or cross-selling Future products and brands.
  • Perform ongoing market research.
  • Formulate a strategy for your role in conjunction with your manager and agree monthly goals.
  • Work with the internal teams to create bespoke, thoughtfully curated content for clients.

  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • Can work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Good influencing, objection handling, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good personal time management and people skills.
  • Ability to work well with multiple deadlines.
  • Motivated to ensure we achieve something every day and give back to the business.

Please note you will be required to be in the office location advertised, a minimum of 3 days a week.
