The role

Within this role you will be managing Property claims and processing invoices. You will also be assisting with the completion of Claims whilst offering support to build relationships with Clients, Internal Stakeholders and Claims Handler across the business.

Based within our Tamworth Office, this position requires a candidate who has previous property claims experience, and an understanding of the claims process. This role is suited to an individual who is seeking career development within a fast paced environment.

How you'll make an impact

  • Manage the Third Party repair process from first point of contact through to the completion of the repair
  • Ensure all claims are logged accurately and in full on our in-house claims system (training will be provided)
  • Go back through and review all claims ensuring they are accurate and that they are being dealt with in a timely manner
  • Prioritise and respond to all written and phone enquiries as and when they come through
  • Ensure you are continuously in contact with clients and claims handlers across the business to build good relationships
  • Assist with gathering all relevant information and evidence so claims can be reviewed.
  • Perform general office duties as required

About you

  • Good understanding of the insurance industry would be an advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Previous phone based customer service experience ideally gained within the insurance industry
  • Ability to meet specific deadlines
  • A committed and flexible approach
  • Displays enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility for own actions.
  • Good attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate and thorough data capture
