As a Program Management Graduate, your primary responsibility will be to provide cross-functional program management support for future growth of our digital solutions within the Molecular Imaging and Contrast Media portfolios in GE Healthcare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as program leader for one or more digital programs within Pharmaceutical Diagnostics; supporting the Global Product Leader for Digital Products
  • Ensuring strong communication and collaboration between functional representatives on program teams
  • Leading the establishment of project plans and budgets
  • Leading day-to-day project operating mechanisms and tracking deliverables
  • Interacting with project stakeholders, e.g., functional managers and business leadership, as required
  • Managing project budgets and expenditure
  • Assisting in the building of business cases to assess new opportunities including both life cycle management initiatives as well as new opportunities
  • Collaborating within a multi-functional organisation, which could include marketing, sales, market access, regulatory, supply chain, R&D teams, or others, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements; ensuring alignment to deliver business results
  • Ensuring behaviour consistent with integrity, quality systems, and EHS requirements
  • Contributing to the implementation of lean processes and simplification

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration
  • Experience in product development or product lifecycle management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Ability to work as part of a global team in a flexible hybrid office/virtual environment
  • Familiarity with standard office software applications, ideally including project management software such as MS Project

Desirable skills

  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration
  • Understanding of software development and lifecycle in the healthcare industry
  • Awareness of relevant regulations for medical products

Eligibility requirements

  • A good level of English and a valid Work Permit
