Supply Chain Graduate Program

During this first ever Supply Chain Graduate Program, your mission will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business across four key departments: Production, Inbound Supply, Logistics, and Delivery Solutions.  

Our two-year graduate programmes are designed to nurture future talent and help individuals become the best version of themselves. But we are not talking about the gym here! Program Start Date: 2nd September, 2024  
Program Duration: Two Years 
Program Location: Blythe Valley Park in Shirley, West Midlands, UK 
Advert Closing Date: Sunday 7th April, Midnight

Salary: £27,000 per annun

What you’ll learn  

You will learn to optimise processes, enhance vendor relationships, and streamline logistics to support the overall success of Gymshark’s Supply Chain strategy, rotating over the two years across all four departments. 

You will gain experience in the following areas (& more!)  

• Understanding and managing production critical path   
• Identify process improvements, support department with process automation and introduction of machine learning  
• Work with freight partner to ensure on time shipping from all global sourcing locations  
• Freight cost benchmarking and procurement   
• Support on department development projects i.e wholesale and retail supply chain  
• Fulfilment processes and logistics fundamentals inc. reverse logistics  
• Develop understanding of customer delivery proposition and use of couriers  
• Provide management information on courier performance and customer delivery success  
• Understand and monitor relevant Customer Service metrics that provide insight in to overall delivery experience  
• Undertake competitor benchmarking and identify improvement areas for Gymshark  

What you’ll need    

We’re not about box-ticking and our graduate programs are about developing you.  

To be successful for a Supply Chain graduate program with us, you will:  

• Have acquired (or finishing) a BA/BSC/MA degree in a relevant Supply Chain subject (most likely, Supply Chain Management or International Logistics & Supply Chain Management or similar)  
• Have a desire to travel and inspect operations for yourself first hand.  
• Have the ability to gather carefully selected data from appropriate sources, probe and consider all the facts, conduct root cause analysis and act decisively  
• Be adaptable and self-aware, with an ability to influence peers and senior managers  
• Have excellent planning skills   
• Have attention to detail and accuracy  
• Be self-motivated, focussed and results orientated

What happens next? 

Application Outcomes: Early May
If successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview in your own time so we can get to know the person behind the application.  

Video Interview Outcomes: End of May 
If successful, you will be invited to an in person assessment day at Gymshark HQ in June.  

To be eligible, you must

• Be a recent or soon to be graduate or postgraduate  
• Be happy to work from our HQ campus (Shirley, West Midlands, UK) 4-5 days a week 
• Be ready to start from September 2024 for two years 
• Have full, unsponsored right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship for our graduate programs) 
• Be open to Domestic Travel to our 3rd party DC’s and carrier partners. (no driving license required)
• Be open to International Travel where required.
