We are looking for a Finance Assistant join our Exeter office.
The role
Your role will be varied and in summary will include:
- Inputting supplier invoices onto system
- Receive and make calls to / from suppliers
- Chasing invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare aged creditor reports for monthly payment run
- Monitor creditors control account for missing invoices and ensure accuracy
- Respond to any purchase ledger queries
- Bank reconciliation
- Post receipts to customer accounts
- Assist credit controller
- Import invoices from two systems (Iris and Xero)
- Import receipts onto systems
- Maintain finance lease register
- Send client statements
- Petty cash
- Credit card entry
- Enter expenses
- VAT receipts
- Other related admin and project work as required
About you
- Experience with Xero and/or Iris would be highly desirable.
- Experience within a similar role is essential
