Online bootcamp
Our 4 week, free training bootcamp is open for applications - this is a chance for you to gain new data (Excel, SQL & PowerBI) and communication skills through a specially designed programme led by our own dedicated training team. The programme is held remotely (except for day 1 and day 20 where you will join us in our London office to say hello!) and is open to all graduates - we do not mind what you have studied, where or the grade achieved. What we look for is someone keen to learn and interested in a career in data.
Throughout the four weeks, those who demonstrate strong performance, active engagement, and alignment with our expectations may be extended an offer to join the graduate programme (see below) on a full-time basis, which will commence two weeks after the online bootcamp.
Graduate programme
Our graduate programme is two years in length and starts with an additional 8 weeks in-person training at our Wimbledon office, which covers an extensive list of topics across data analytics, data engineering and data science, such as Python, Machine Learning, Tableau, PowerBI, AI, Web scraping as well as extensive soft skills and communication training. After your completion of training we will look to place you with one of our clients from across the data industry for the remainder of the programme. We will support you every step of the way and provide you with sound career advice to make sure you emerge from Rockborne fully equipped to make a difference in the world of data.
Your skills and experience
- Educated to a degree level with a strong interest in data - you don't need set grades or a certain degree to join us
- A natural problem solver, comfortable translating complex issues in a clear and easy to understand way
- A self-starter who is willing to go the extra mile either for your client’s benefit, or building your own knowledge agenda
- A desire to work in a stakeholder focused environment, comfortable blending the technical with a more client-facing aspect
