Your role
- Join Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies team as a Graduate Business Planner.
- You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Planning.
- You will gather in-depth insights to identify and implement improvement projects, such as service level performance, forecast accuracy & bias, and inventory.
- You will make an impact by playing a key role in Business Planning projects.
- Maintain certain master data while supporting the underlying SAP systems.
- Develop, network and build relationships with the Business Planning and Supply Chain Operations team.
- To gather in-depth insights into managing a multi-dimensional global FMCG company.

Your skills
- You should graduate (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any related field
- Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations
- Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
- SAP is an advantage
- A data driven mind with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a proactive team member
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation, and communication skills
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and creative team-player thinking in solutions
