H&MV Engineering is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Junior Office Administrator in our Glasgow office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in creating and maintaining reports and documentation
  • Help with filing and organising documents
  • Support various departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an office setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
