What we're looking for

We are looking for Graduate Engineers to join our Energy Optimisation - Thermal Management Team business area, and applicants should possess an Honours degree (min. 2:2) or Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines listed below:

  • Thermal Engineering
  • Physics
  • Systems and Control

Soft skills are just as important as technical skills, and so we look for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Interpersonal skills (communication, teamworking)
  • Customer focus
  • Creativity
  • Problem-solving
  • Resilience

Assessment process

If you meet our eligibility criteria, we will then ask you to complete some psychometric tests, with successful applicants then progressing to an assessment day, including an overnight stay, where we can meet each other. This will take place at our MIRA Technology Institute Week commencing 24 th June, so your diary must be available for this.
