    • See how we connect businesses to opportunities through our Relationship Managers and digital capabilities
    • Rotate between Relationship Management teams that work directly with our clients, or Credit Analyst teams that analyse companies’ creditworthiness and provide them with lending solutions
    • Build your own relationships with clients to better understand their needs, and support Relationship Managers in pitching for new business
    • See the bigger picture by working with teams in other areas like Global Trade (providing services and finance for buyers and suppliers), Product Management (creating new digital services to improve our customer experience) and support functions like Risk (developing policies and processes to protect us and our clients)

    UK - Nationally Mobile

    Requirements:

    • Available to work full time from July 2025 onwards
    • Obtained, or expected to obtain, a minimum of a 2:1 Degree classification (or overseas equivalent)
    • Fluent in English
    • A commitment to be nationally mobile

    Additional information:

    Please note that the Graduate Programme is rotational and you will be expected to change the location of your placement every 6 months.
    Potential locations include, but are not limited to: Birmingham, Manchester.  Please note, that we do not offer any placements in London.

    Salary

    £35,000 + £5,000 welcome bonus
