We are looking for our next Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Marketing Analyst based in our Henley-on-Thames office!

Your team

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is part of the Global Finance team. This team serves as the “face of Finance” for our business partners, including the Americas & EMEA SMD, Global Marketing, EMEA Distribution, EMEA Product and EMEA Chief Operating Office. The team acts as an accountability and thought partner for these businesses, supervising important metrics and pushing the business to deliver against their objectives. The team delivers financial reporting and strategic insights generated by corporate finance/strategy as well as own team.   

Your role

In this role you will support the FP&A Manager in operating as finance business partner to the combined Americas and EMEA Marketing organisation.

You also will provide another point of contact for the business and will primarily be involved with ensuring budgetary compliance, reconciling the marketing planning tool to the GL, preparing marketing accruals and monthly re-forecast adjustments, preparation of the monthly Management Report for the Global CMO and assisting marketeers with forecasting and cost queries.

You'll need to liaise with marketeers, marketing planning tool technicians and Finance colleagues in Hyderabad, Atlanta as well as Henley.

You may also be required to perform occasional ad hoc analysis to support the wider team.

You'll need to have

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Ideally experience within Financial Services industry and an international business
  • Having an enterprise attitude with the right business acumen
  • Abel to drive strategic execution
  • Ability to synthesise and visualize data
  • Being able to motivate change and having resilience
  • Being ambitious to develop your potential
