What we are we looking for

  • Provide support to the Sales (all UK channels) & UK Distribution Management teams on a daily basis
  • Contribute towards excellent client centricity via the production & issuing fund/market/information packs, updating Salesforce, processing data on Excel, creating Powerpoint presentations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and some basic ad hoc administrative queries to support other members of UK Distribution team
  • Monitoring of the Sales Admin email inbox including answering general enquiries, or forwarding on emails in a timely manner to other departments
  • Generate ideas and identify opportunities to create efficiencies within established processes in order to innovate and streamline UK Distribution  
  • Assist with various legal, commercial, operational and performance analysis tasks, often data heavy and highly detailed.  This will also include focused project work, with agreed deliverables
  • Assist with client events within sales regions. This will include organising venues, liaising regarding logistics and ensuring all catering, set up and literature runs smoothly on the day of the events

What you can bring

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python and VBA is a must
  • Experience of producing quality reports, letters and general communications
  • Sound IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment products preferable
  • Strong written & numeracy skills
  • Qualifications related to financial services is advantageous but not essential
  • Commercial sales acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Flexible regarding working hours
  • Self-motivated, organised and methodical with good time management skills
  • Adaptive and responsive to changes in client needs and the industry environment
  • Excellent verbal skills with the ability to build rapport easily
  • Attention to detail and high quality outputs
