This Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for candidates straight out of university to design their bespoke program and career pathway. As a Graduate at Ipsen, you will become an integral member of Specialty Care UK cross-functional team, supporting the tactical implementation of Ipsen’s product portfolio strategy, making a real contribution in all projects you take on. It is also a great role for the development of technical competencies, communicational, influencing skills and matrix leadership.

This 18-month Graduate scheme offers the opportunity to experience a range of activities and projects in HR across UK& Ireland Affiliate and Bath Road Site empowering them with autonomy and responsibility.

Main responsibilities / job expectations

  • Participate in a range of short- and long-term projects, taking ownership on some, supporting on others, executing select initiatives to successful completion through transversal collaboration.
  • Support the development of diverse materials and prepare and coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Build and maintain effective sponsor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Participate in and deliver various Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Prepare, review and edit relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence where needed
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration with all Departments and ensuring a “One Ipsen” mindset.
  • Support administrative activities as required.

Knowledge, abilities & experience

Education / Certifications

  •  2.1 Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience

  •  Relevant year in industry experience preferred
