Project management is a valued and integral component of what we do at Ipsos and is often the difference between a project’s success or failure. Our team of expert Project Managers work hand in hand with the Brand Health Tracking research team to find the most efficient way to plan, develop and deliver large-scale tracking projects on time, to the required specifications and within the allocated budget.

We support our Brand Health Tracking team in helping clients connect their brands with people in a meaningful way that ensures sustainable business growth.

The BHT team works with an envious list of the world’s leading brands spanning many different sectors including FMCG, Travel, Media, Telecoms, Utilities, Energy, Finance, Insurance and Retail.

Role overview

As a Graduate Project Executive, you will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, and promptly begin work on live projects, with the support of your team. You'll play a key part in spearheading new and better ways of working across the organisation.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • You will gain exposure to a variety of clients and research approaches whilst working alongside experienced Project Managers
  • You will see the end-to-end project life cycle, from costing, working through timelines, supporting on set up, quality control, and project financial management
  • You will learn key project management skills
  • You will focus on the day-to-day management of project actions, liaising with external and internal partners, monitoring progress against sample quotas, analysing fieldwork for errors or unexpected abnormalities, managing timings, and troubleshooting
  • You will support in ensuring we remain compliant with Ipsos and industry standards
  • You will constantly strive for improvement and help us to bring efficiencies to our ways of working
  • You will ensure client satisfaction and represent Ipsos in a professional and ethical manner at all times

What do I need to bring with me?

We are looking to grow our talented team of Project Managers across our organisation. We are looking for individuals who have a curiosity for problem solving, a passion for planning and organisation, and excellent communicators who are not afraid to challenge the status quo. As such, you’ll need to bring the following:

  • A strong interest in and curiosity about brands and brand activation
  • A keen interest in planning and delivering Brand Health Tracking projects. This will mean working on large scale, often multi-country tracking studies that run continuously or that have one or more waves during the year.
  • Curiosity about different types of projects, methodologies, reporting methods, clients and industries.
  • Ability to find creative and innovative solutions for complex and varied problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling different tasks, planning and using your time effectively
  • Strong personal and team organisational skills
