The role

The Group Recruitment team is responsible for supporting the hiring of all senior roles across our 120 countries. We have moved to a direct recruitment model taking ownership for the full recruitment lifecycle. We are a highly customer and candidate focussed team who take pride in delivering great results. We are looking for a bright positive intern who is willing to gain experience in the international senior recruitment, HR Admin and various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for advertising jobs through our ATS.
  • Supporting the recruitment process through arranging interviews, screening candidate CV’s and producing contracts of employment.
  • Managing some vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle (support will be given!).
  • LinkedIn candidates search for various roles across the globe.
  • Input new employee details on HR system (PeopleSoft) ensuring all data is accurate.
  • Coordinate induction programmes for new hires to ensure they are welcomed in the right way, learn about the job and the company and meet the right colleagues.
  • Manage relationships with hiring manager to keep them updated on recruitment progress.
  • Support and own projects to improve our recruitment capability e.g. interview toolkits, job adverts and descriptions.
  • Support general HR administration (contract generation, addendum letter, reference letters, HR reports etc)

Required skills, experience & qualifications

  • Previous experience of Recruitment and/or HR would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Most important is that you are bright, enthusiastic, willing to learn, pick up new things quickly and have strong drive.
  • Well organised, good at prioritising and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Confident and good communication skills.
  • Highly conscientious and detail focussed.
