Working closely with VCR (Value Chain Retailers) National Account Managers and internal Planning and Category Development functions, you will be accountable for the accurate planning and delivery of the plan for customers within the VCR portfolio.

The role

Support National Account Managers in delivering key commercial processes including promo planning, forecasting and cash management (invoicing, ledger management, price queries etc.). Lead epos tracking, analysis of sell-in data and promotional evaluation and recommendations for VCR.

This role requires someone who is organised, confident and accurate with data and can multitask.

This role is flexible working with 2-3 days a week in Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports VCR NAMs in maintaining accurate customer forecasts whilst being responsible for rolling weekly volume and entries into the volume forecasting system, Xtel on specified customers within VCR.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely management of financial administration, processing invoices, price queries, deductions and audit claims on specified customers within VCR.
  • Owns delivery of EPOS, Sell-in, Stock holding and margin tracking reports on specified customers within VCR.
  • Owns promotional tracking, analysis and evaluation of both JDE and VCR ranges making recommendations to wider team to maximise performance for JDE on specified customers within VCR.
  • Supports VCR NAMs with promotional nomination forms on specified customers within VCR.
