Job responsibilities

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be working in conjunction with the Site Team to ensure construction is carried out accurately; that quality is maintained; records are kept; abortive or defective work is avoided, and that satisfactory progress is achieved.

During your 2-year graduate development programme we'll dedicate time and resources needed to give you the best experience possible. We'll support you with formal learning, as well as the professional development in order for you to excel. 

What do we need from you?

To really make the most of this opportunity, you will have a passion for working within our Construction business, flexible with travelling to various projects within the region and you will have completed your degree by September 2021, with an actual or predicted grade of a 2:1 or above in a Civil engineering or related subject programme that must be accredited by a professional body. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence, as the role will require travel.
