We're looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks supporting them in designing, building, and maintaining the UK's essential services and assets.
Your day to day will include:
- Contributing to the successful delivery of the programme of work by assisting with the production of design solutions
- Developing and designing solutions in accordance with national standards, procedures, and requirements
- Producing concise scheme documents and reports
- Complying with relevant health and safety requirements, and ensuring designs/works adhere to these
How does the graduate scheme work?
When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.
What are we looking for?
We do not have any grade requirements, but we do ask that you have a degree in Civil Engineering.
The role of Graduate Civil Engineer is great for you if:
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Well organised, flexible, and enthusiastic in approach
- Drive to take ownership of projects from inception to completion
- Hold a full UK driving licence
For this role you'll also have to have completed, or due to complete your degree by September 2024.
