    We're looking for Graduate Design Management to join our construction team based in London.

    As a Graduate Design Manager, you will assist in coordinating and managing the design aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, clearly, concise and contain sufficient information and coordination. Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.

    This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a career in construction design management, offering hands-on experience, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and opportunities for personal growth. Your day to day will include:

    • Assisting in the coordination and management of the design process for projects.
    • Collaborating with architects, engineers, design team, and clients to ensure design specifications are met.
    • Reviewing and analysing project drawings, specifications, and documents, for accuracy and compliance standards.
    • Supporting the development of design solutions that align with project objectives, budget, and timeline.

    How does the graduate scheme work?

    When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

    What are we looking for?

    We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. The role of Graduate Design Manager is great for you if:

    • Strong interest in construction design management and project coordination.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence.
