    We're looking for a Graduate Environmental Advisor to join our EKFB team based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

    What will you be responsible for?

    As a Graduate Environmental Advisor, you'll support environmental management and sustainability practices across various projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, conducting site inspections, managing environmental risks, and promoting best practices. Your day to day will include:

    • Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and company policies across projects.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess environmental risks and performance.
    • Assist in developing and implementing environmental management plans and strategies.
    • Monitor and report on environmental metrics, such as waste, energy use, and resource consumption.
    • Provide environmental advice and support to project teams to promote best practices and reduce environmental impacts.

    How does the graduate scheme work?

    When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

    What are we looking for?

    We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Geography, Sustainability, Ecology or a related field. The role of Graduate Environmental Advisor is great for you if:

    • Great understanding of environmental legislation, regulations, and best practices in the UK.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess environmental risks and suggest appropriate solutions.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and engage with stakeholders.
    • A proactive approach, with a keen interest in promoting sustainability and environmental best practices.
    • Hold full UK driver's licence.
