    We're looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our Transportation team based in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on one of our structured graduate development programmes. These programmes have been designed to provide you with the experiences and tools needed for progression within your chosen career.

    What will you be responsible for?

    As a Graduate Project Manager, you'll be working within the rail team supporting them in covering all railway disciplines, including civil, electrical, and signalling.

    Your day to day will include

    • Supporting senior project managers on rail projects for the duration of their lifecycle. Involving both desk and site-based works, including railways possessions which are often at night or at weekends
    • Maintaining communication and distributing information between stakeholders, working with clients to understand their requirements
    • Writing reports and helping to prepare other required information, including presentations
    • Reviewing project requirements, designs, and standards to ensure projects fulfil client requirements and meet relevant standards

    How does the graduate scheme work?

    When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

    What are we looking for?

    We do not have any grade requirements, but we do ask that you have a degree in Project Management or related engineering discipline.

    The role of Graduate Project Manager is great for you if

    • Well organised, flexible, and enthusiastic in approach
    • Drive to take ownership of projects from inception to completion
    • Hold a full driver's licence
