The role
We are now recruiting for an HR Graduate to join our Kier Group Services team in Rushden. Kier Group Services (KGS) consists of all the support functions that help keep Kier running. These are a wide variety of teams across the business including our HR, Finance, Marketing, Fleet, IT and many more. Working in construction doesn’t always mean wearing hi-vis jackets and hard hats!

You will also learn key skills such as effective communication, project management, presentation, and leadership abilities to become a well-rounded HR generalist. From there you’ll have the chance to continue your career path with Kier in your chosen HR discipline.
What do we need from you?
Alongside our values of being collaborative, trusted and focused we will look to understand your potential and development areas for the role. During the recruitment process you may be expected to show us that you are willing to learn, be self-motivated, punctual, organised, committed, and hard-working.
