    We have an exciting opportunity to join our People team as Talent and Development Manager on a part-time, fixed term basis. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, this role will lead the identification, delivery and management of the learning and development offering for leaders, managers and teams across our organisation. You'll support the wider talent strategy and identify talent development solutions and processes in line People Strategy and business transformation plans.

    In this busy and varied role, you'll work effectively with a range of stakeholders across the business, being able to confidently communicate, engage and influence across all levels. You'll ensure we use data and insight to measure learning and talent management effectiveness with steps in place to address gaps. As part of the team, you will support our development of our learning culture and manage key offerings and projects across the employee lifecycle. You'll have great attention to detail and project management skills, managing external training providers across a range of disciplines.
