Our Building Surveying, Project Management and Quantity Surveying Graduate Scheme will give you exposure, experience, training and support so that, whatever skills and perspectives you bring, your potential will be amplified.

This opportunity is open to undergraduates in their final year of a RICS-accredited Project Management, Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying degree and postgraduate students who have or who are completing a RICS accredited conversion course or masters.

What to expect

Our programme is designed to provide you with everything you need to confidently launch a career in Building Surveying, Project Management and Cost Consultancy, working with our experienced team of Chartered Surveyors of all disciplines on live projects, experiencing day-to-day challenges of the role and being given as much responsibility as your own skills will permit. This gives you an unparalleled breadth of opportunities and allows you to explore a range of experience in the commercial sectors and gaining exposure to office, industrial, retail, healthcare, offices, leisure and PRS asset classes.

Training & development

  • During your time as a graduate, you will train for your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Achieving this qualification enables you to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a professional body for those in the industry.
  • Training for your APC will take shape through a combination of seminars, workshops and self-study. You will gain exposure to a wide range of subjects, and have the opportunity to deep dive into several core competencies.
  • As well as learning together with the rest of your graduate cohort, you’ll also receive mentorship from experienced individuals from across the business and receive support from your counsellor, supervisor and early careers manager.
