What you will do

Customer Experience – Gain experience in the Order-to-Cash fulfilment process and learn our customers values.

  • Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of accounts, where you will be responsible for ensuring on-time deliveries, through working with counterparts, both internally and externally.
  • Develop your knowledge of your customer’s needs and capture your insights, to create and develop profitable solutions that create mutually beneficial outcomes for both your customer and Invista.
  • Provide recommendations on supply chain development to your stakeholders using your commercial acumen to develop profitable solutions for Invista, in line with your customers’ demands and preferences in mind.
  • Communicate with INVISTA and external parties to pro-actively navigate through the challenges of supply chain, to maintain high levels of customer service through delivering on-time and in full.

Supply & Demand Planning – Learn what it means to be a regional Supply & Demand Planner through real-life experience in one of our Core Businesses.

  • Execute strategies and business plans, generally focused in the 0–90-day window. Time horizon can be as long as 2+ years depending on the given supply chain strategy being considered.
  • Drive efficient and effective decision making on supply/demand and inventory optimizations we make every day, including (but not limited to):
  • Profitable working capital reduction through effective inventory management
  • Partnering with the integrated business team to actively identify incremental sales opportunities and build a recommendation to optimize sourcing decisions.
  • Build a deep understanding of our physical constraints (logistics, operations, customer constraints) and partner with all capabilities to execute the supply strategy effectively.
  • Identify recommendations, opportunities, and risks are with a focus on making the supply chain reliable, agile, efficient.

Who you are 

  • You will be studying in a field that contributes to Supply Chain.
  • Be proactive with a contribution mindset and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
  • You will have excellent communication and an ability to articulate your ideas and point of view to a wider group of stakeholders.
  • Have an aptitude towards any of the following: Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Prescriptive Analytics.
