The opportunity

  • As a Graduate PM within the BriteCloud Business Area you will be supporting a high calibre integrated team delivering a world leading capability to customers both internationally and within the UK.
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship across all internal stakeholders, the role will be responsible for completing updates in support of customer contracts, under a matrix organisation of Programme & Project Management team members. Activities will be varied across the full product lifecycle from with specific focus on supporting the team in achieving the successful delivery of a solution or project that is compliant with customer, contractual and legislative requirements, and adheres to deadlines, cost and quality.

What you’ll do as a Graduate PM

  • Support the delivery of effective project management services across the BriteCloud Portfolio ensuring all relevant project management processes are adhered to;
  • Provide support to the Hd of BriteCloud in coordinating a consistent approach to project management reporting for customer contracts;
  • Coordinating and issuing reports on all project actions outstanding, obtaining updates from action owners on a regular frequency;
  • Supporting the Risk/Opportunity Management process across the BriteCloud Portfolio;
  • Supporting the achievement of the forecasted cash, revenue & margin return;
  • Assisting in generating and validating estimates and proposals for new bids, under the direction of the Bid Manager;
  • Gain PM experience across the full lifecycle of projects by taking on PM responsibility (under guidance) for dedicated work packages within the portfolio

What we need from you

  • This role requires a minimum of an upper Second class Bachelors/Integrated Masters degree, or a higher degree, such as a MSc or PhD. We will consider any subjects but Engineering, other STEM, Business or Project Management are our preference.
  • Demonstrates a positive ‘can do’ attitude and determination to support a challenging programme in achieving outputs;
  • A drive and passion in Project Management with a desire to grow into a future PM leader;
  • Ability to operate in matrix organisation across the Business Area with multiple priorities;
  • Personable and able to obtain updates from busy teams by required deadlines;
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision, once task allocation is provided;
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power-point, Project;
  • Attention to detail to ensure an accurate record of events is captured at critical events
