We wish to recruit a Paralegal for our Real Estate Development team based in Southampton working within the Plot Sales Team. This is a beginner role for someone who would like a career in law.
About you
- The paralegal is someone who may have some office experience, is happy around office equipment, scanning, copying, filing. Alternatively you may be doing or have done a law A level and looking at gaining a foothold in a law firm You will be able to type to a good speed and standard with accuracy paramount. You will be supporting a range of people from other support staff to Directors in the team. We are hoping you will want to grow this role over time.
- You will need to be flexible in your approach, display a high level of attention to detail, be able to prioritise your own workload and able to work as part of a team to help achieve departmental targets. You will also possess strong organisational skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Knowledge of MS word and excellent word processing skills are essential.
You will be trained to use our office equipment and to use our various programmes and systems.
