What we look for

Ambitious, analytically minded graduates who want to pursue a fast-track career in People. You’ll need to be a passionate, inquisitive and solution-driven team player with the imagination and desire to push boundaries and deliver transformation through People initiatives.

  • The scheme will be UK-based and could include at least one international rotation. So you must be fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK without company sponsorship. Other than that, we’re keen to hear from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances. We believe that positive change happens by bringing together different people with diverse experiences and perspectives.
