Are you a highly motivated student eager to embark on a career in a thriving and independent staff-owned planning and development consultancy?

We are seeking graduates, currently in their second year of an undergraduate (BSc/BA level) degree in planning, geography, economics or other planning-related subjects who share our passion for shaping the most exciting development projects across the UK; and who are open to considering full-time work from Autumn 2025 following completion of their degree.

Requirements

We are looking for high calibre graduates with:

  • An ability to demonstrate a good standard of written and spoken English, with good analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • A-C grade A levels and GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications); and
  • On track to achieve at least a 2.1 at first degree level.
