Our Graduates are given responsibility for real deliverables, both operational and project based. We provide opportunities to work with leading experts and contribute your ideas and voice at an early stage.

We know that your success is our success, so we’ll be with you all the way, providing access to a buddy, coaching and mentoring at every step of your journey.

  • Grounding - After this you will build up skills and knowledge at our in house development centre. Working alongside experts in the field you will learn more about the development of our supply chain management platform, how we bring our values to life and how we’re improving the customer experience at every step.
  • Broadening your horizon - you will visit and work across different parts of the business, spending time in warehouses, visiting a port and visiting a customer to help you understand how it all fits together.
  • International placement – In year 2 you will spend 2 or 3 months working at one of our international hubs, seeing new perspectives and sharing learning.
  • First Assignment – We know you’ll be keen to get started and a few months in you’ll be given your first assignment, and plenty of support to deliver.
  • Strategic project – In Year 2 you’ll work alongside the other scheme participants to deliver a strategic project, getting input and feedback from the board.
